Every time I start my comp, I get the message

I have XP professional installed on my comp.
Since a couple of months Every time I start my comp , I get th
following message in a small window.

RUNDLL
Error Loading F:\Progra~1\Mywebs~\bar\2.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL

Kindly suggest how to rectify
