Pls help me with the software to convert from Real Player format to
Windows Media Format

The lowdown is that Real encoding is one-way, unlike most other codecs. I
believe there are some unofficial converters around, but most are not free.
The simplest solution is to either play and record at the same time with a
duplex soundcard, or use two computers, line-out linked to line-in, one to
play and the other to encode. This of course involves an analog step and
hence loss of quality, but hey, realplayer has been compared to gargling down
a drainpipe anyway. <g>
