Defrag question

Hi All I have XP and when I went to defrag I have a lot of contaminated blue files that showed up on the defrager. Should I be really concerned about this???

Okay it would not defrag it said it had to many clusters. I am wondering if they were all the blue files I had on the half the defrag bar. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem quickly?

Umm I do now know how to edit once I write. How do you that as well.
