Is setting the value of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Lsa\restrictanonymous to 0 safe? I've read it open you up to outside hackers t though microsoft talks about it in solving seeing networked pcs. I can see and access the shared folders but get a denied access when trying to access in windows explorer the pc ip address or workgroup.
