Is there a way in Movie Maker that you can reduce shaking in a video? I want
to post them on YouTube. Thank you!

Do you mean the camera was shaking when the video was recorded?
I'm thinking you need some specialized software to address that issue:

Examples:

Mercalli
http://www.prodad.de/gb/mercalli_std_details.html

Red Giant Offers Camera Shake, Jitter, and Noise Removal Tool

Hi John:

Yes, when I was taking video, my arm was shaking a little from holding it up
for so long. I was videotaping a song at a concert. I don't think there's
anyway to fix that is there? Thanks for replying!

In the future you might consider using a monopod
to stabilize your camera.

Monopod
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monopod

And...aside from the type of software I previously
mentioned I don't know of any way to improve the
already completed video footage.

One way to reduce it in the finished clip is to apply the slow down - half
effect to move it toward slow motion.... which slows down everything, even
your shaking

Another is take snapshots from the clip and use a series of still pix in
place of shaky video...

If the audio is good, then you can continue to use it over the slowed down
clip or the still pix.

There are a couple of post stabilizers, but I am not sure if any plug into
WMM. Look for Deshaker on the web. You can use Deshaker in VirtualDub for
the specific clips (export as DV-AVI from WMM). You may end up with some
large clips, but you should be able to reimport the "deshaken" files. Both
solutions are available for free, but they do take a bit of work to use the
interfaces.

/Disclosure - I used Deshaker at one time - I now use another app that is
better for $130 - I do not use WMM except occasionally to help folks do
light/home editing

//Disclosure 2 - I probably will not check here for any replies as I only
occasionally do drive-bys.

I have my security camera fixed on a pole around 4 m height.
It is constantly shaking due to the wind.
Any ideas of how to stop the problem.

Thanks
Brad

Three guy wires if you have the space or rigid structures nearby and
zoning rules allow it.

Otherwise a camera with optical or digital image stabilization
(Here is one with digital stabilization, but I have no idea of its
quality. Seems like about
US$300:

http://www.samsung-security.com/prod...cs#prod_extras

I didn't notice a security camera with optical stabilization, but
I didn't do an extensive search.
