Blue screen error IRQL...

Hi~
I keep getting the blue screen at radnom times- not specific to an
action
Details~
Computer~
XP Professional Version 2002 service pack 3
AMDAthlon(TM)XP 2000+
1.66Ghz 512MB Ram
Problem~
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP: 0x0000000A
(0x000952AD, 0x000000FT, 0x00000001, 0x80715C0
It says to check drivers but everything is installed correctly as fa
as I know =/

It also says something about the BIOS memory options caching an
shadowing

any help would be apreciate

Lottie, I don't know if you feel comfortable doing this but what I
would do is remove the Ram modules from their slots. If you
have two then use just one for awhile. If the blue screen shows up
again then try the other ram module. I would also
remove and reinstall the Graphic Card if you have one and use canned
air to clean out the slot. You can clean the ram slots also.
Years ago, this particular blue screen stop error IRQL etc was
caused sometimes by incompatible graphic drivers. I don't think that this is
the case today even though you have somewhat of a Ancient computer. I
know because I am using the same CPU.
