Block message

I am running/testing JavaScript and I get
the following message and blocking.

"To help protect your security, IE has restricted
this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX
controls that could access your computer."

I want to allow the running of JavaScript without
triggering the block. What should I reset?

I have no problem with Firefox.
