Hi,
you are pretty wrong here! This is more a filter
related problem and you should ask your question
in communities that deal wtih audio/video processing
and stuff like that. I would recommend to ask your
question in a forum or community that relates to your
videoplayer,...
And by the way: You can watch all films without audio,
but you wont understand anything,..because of the missing
audio,... ;-)
Reinstalling the OS is pretty meaningless in your case!
